September 1, 2016 Basil Hall

Talented Victorian printmaker and painter, David Frazer, has agreed to join Basil this year as co-tutor during the September Skopelos workshops. This means that, for the first time, we will offer two tutors for the price of one, two teaching spaces, smaller groups and the opportunity to learn wood engraving, etching, relief printing, collagraph, mono printing…we can offer it all in our beautiful studio below Milos Apartments, overlooking the Aegean Sea. Once again, numbers are limited and places will be secured in the order in which we receive your $500 deposit (fully refundable up to January 31, 2017). Full price for the printmaking fortnight is $3250, but early birds who book and pay before the end of December this year can secure the 2015 price of $2995!david-frazer-01-200x283

ABOUT BHE

For the last nineteen years Basil has run Basil Hall Editions, first from a purpose-built studio in Darwin, then from two studios: one in Braidwood, NSW and one in Canberra. In 2020 Basil moved all the equipment to Canberra. He and his team host visiting artists or travel to remote Aboriginal  communities, collaborating with over 100 artists a year, or other regional locations, offering workshops.
