The scene at the official opening by Paul Keating of the inaugural Tarnanthi Festival in Adelaide on October 8 at the Art Gallery of SA. Curated by a team under Nici Cumpston, the exhibition in the Gallery itself and satellite events in Adelaide were well attended and utterly stunning. One person in the photo above seems not to be concentrating on the former Prime Minister’s opening remarks (and you can’t even see my selfie pole)
