First Collagraph Workshop for 2023

Straight after New Year, it was off to Mittagong for the annual Summer School. This year I offered a 5 day course in Collagraph block making & printing, as I hadn’t done it there before. As usual, the group was wonderful and the “think tank” of artists produced some great new ideas and prints using this inexpensive and versatile medium. We explored combining the collagraphs with chine collé and monoprinted backgrounds too, and some of the participants were happy to ink a la poupeé on their blocks for added colour.
