Jessie Pangas residency in January

Jessie Pangas from northern Tasmania has been in the studios in Braidwood (etching and collagraph) and Canberra (silkscreen) recently, working with Basil on new and existing images. Here, she is fine-tuning an older collagraph block (now with added carborundum for the darkest areas). The block itself, made using incised boxboard, paint and shellac, is seen in the foreground.
