Christopher Croft plates at Basil Hall Editions

Munich-based Australian artist Christopher Croft (seen here working at Basil Hall Editions in 2009) is currently in the country. Although he was unable to work in the studio in Braidwood this trip, he has had us make 21 photo exposures for a series of small etching works he has been contemplating for a number of years. The beautiful pencil drawings have been exposed and partly etched on zinc plate, and the artist will complete the work and print the plates when he returns to Germany. Basil has just realised he still wears this T-shirt regularly..
