After a dearth of workshops since January, I suddenly had two in quick succession in Sydney in November, thanks to the Warringah Printmakers. This time we did copper plate etching, and the artists attending the workshops were able to use soft and hard ground, coffee lift and aquatint techniques and reinforce what they knew about BIG ground and other safer methods of working these days. I was so busy I forgot to take any photos, but Kate and Susan (seen here) were there again (thank you Susan Baran and Gill Burke for organising it all) so I thought I could get away with this photo from a previous visit.
