SKOPELOS, GREECE, MAY 2012
Three weeks ago we moved into Apostolis’ old storeroom (a former taverna) and cleared everything out. The room has a high ceiling and lots of orange. The view out the front window is to die for. First job was scraping back the walls and painting, in readiness for the carpenter, the metal-worker and the welder. The workshops start on June 10, so we are hoping that supplies and two presses arrive soon from Holland and UK.
