Basil has spent some time at this lonely turnoff on the Stuart Highway. On two occasions no-one has been there to meet him for up to half an hour (no names!) and he has sat in the limited shade of the mailbox hoping that he won’t have to carry all his gear in to the Art Centre on foot …
