I have now handed over my interest in our beautiful Skopelos adventure. A number of years ago, David Frazer bought one of my shares in the studio equipment and this year, after a residency on the island, Sydney artist, Susan Baran has bought my final share. I have been going to Skopelos since 2007 and have run numerous workshops there since. We started renting our own space at Milos studios in 2012 and only missed a few years during Covid. Our other partners are Steph Bolt, who now lives on the island, and Helen Mueller from Tasmania.
This shot was taken at one of David’s workshops this year. He’s back again in September 2024, and Susan Baran will offer a workshop in Solar Plate Etching and Cyanotype, using Skopelos’s beautiful sunshine, from September 20-30.
