Three participants in our October etching workshop at BHE’s studio in Braidwood, Jane (NT), Sue and Dianne (NSW) at work last weekend. During the two days we managed to produce photo etchings on zinc, soft ground and hard ground etchings, aquatints and a sugar lift. Basil’s wife, Pam Boyer, kindly produced two great lunches and kept us in cake and coffee and Braidwood turned on two perfect warm Spring days. The next workshop here in Braidwood is on November 29-30 and is fully booked. Before then, Basil will be running workshops at New England Regional Art Museum in early November and Warringah Printmakers in Sydney in mid-November.
